LS10 Gallery is founded by curator Elisenda Faustino-Deu, placing at the forefront the work of emerging artists from Iran to wider audiences. Through her background in film and TV, she travelled in 1974 to Iran, where Pasolini’s ‘Il fiore delle mille e uni notte’, film was partially shot there on location. Since then, she has travelled regularly to Iran, collaborating with artists and showcasing the artist's perspectives. Elisenda Faustino-Deu aims with LS10 Gallery to highlight contemporary Iranian art and diverse artists, all whilst presenting how art can confront assumptions.
